  • Day 6: 6 lemons for 6 glasses of water
  • 7 day unloading: 3 lemons, 3 glasses of water and a spoonful of honey. From the 8th day, the number of lemons is reduced by 1

    One lemon cut into thin slices, pour a liter of hot water. Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey, let cool. Honey protects the mucous membrane of the stomach, heals, softens the effect of citric acid. Due to the rich content of fiber, the honey-lemon solution cleanses the intestines, it has a beneficial effect on its microflora.
