The most popular diet for weight loss

Diet by blood type

There are 4 blood groups 0 (I), A (II), B (III), AB (IV)

Our ancestors probably appeared in Africa about 100,000 years ago, and were mainly engaged in hunting by consuming exclusively animal proteins and had only the first blood group.

About 20 thousand years ago people began to engage in agriculture, and accordingly the human food changed, vegetarian food appeared in its diet. Under the influence of a changed diet, a second blood group was formed.

When 15 thousand years ago people tamed cattle and began to eat dairy products in addition to everything, a third blood group appeared.

And the fourth blood group appeared relatively recently, about 1500 thousand years ago, as a result of the mixing of the second and third blood groups.

Nutrition by blood group, based on the theory of Dr. D'Amo, and claims that a person needs food to eat depending on his blood type.

Diet for the 1st blood group.

Type 0 (I group) - "Hunter".

This group of blood is the oldest. From her in the process of evolution, the other groups emerged. 33.5% of the world's population refers to this type - a strong, self-sufficient leader.

Strengths:

a strong digestive system, a strong immune system is created for the effective metabolism and preservation of nutrients.

Weak sides:

it is difficult to adapt to changing diet and environmental conditions, sometimes the immune system is too active and acts against the body itself.

Risk groups:

Problems of blood clotting, inflammatory processes - arthritis, increased gastric acidity - ulcers, allergies.

Dietary recommendations.

Good:

meat (except pork), fish, seafood, vegetables and fruits (except for sour ones), pineapples, rye bread in limited quantities.

Restrict:

cereals, especially oatmeal, wheat and products from it. Legumes and buckwheat - you can.

To avoid:

cabbage, wheat and all products made from it, corn and all products made from it, marinades, ketchup.

Beverages.

Good:

green tea, herbal teas from rose hips, ginger, mint, licorice, linden, seltzer water.

seaweed (brown, kelp), fish and seafood, iodized salt, meat (especially beef, lamb, liver), greens (salads, spinach, broccoli, radish).

Vitamins and supplements:

Good:

vitamins of group B, vitamin K, calcium, manganese, iodine), licorice root (licorice), seaweed, enzymes of pancreatic gland.

To avoid:

vitamin A, vitamin E.

Physical exercises:

to maintain a good physical shape and especially in the weight loss program - very intensive exercises: aerobics, skiing, running, swimming.

Special recommendations:

Weight Loss Program.

For type "0" the main problem is a reduced metabolism. There are the following factors that allow to increase the metabolic rate and thus reduce weight:

To remove from the diet wheat and all products from it, corn, beans, lentils - they block the production of insulin and thereby slow the metabolism.

Remove from the diet all kinds of cabbage (except broccoli) and all products from oats - they inhibit the production of thyroid hormones (thyroid hormones) and thereby slow the metabolism.

Increase the consumption of products containing iodine - seafood, algae, greens (salads, spinach, broccoli), iodized salt, as well as products stimulating the production of thyroid hormones - radish, radish, daikon. Well prepare the juice from them in half with carrots.

There is meat (red), liver. These products also increase the metabolic rate.

Intensive exercise.

To solve the problem of blood coagulability (if it is) - foods containing vitamin K: greens, salads, seaweed, meat, liver, eggs. Avoid yeast food, with a violation of the balance of intestinal bacteria - take acidophilus and bifidobacteria.

Take care when taking aspirin, it increases acidity and dilutes blood.

Diet for the 2nd blood group.

Type A (II group) - "Farmer".

This type arose from the transition from the oldest style of life (hunters) to a more sedentary, agrarian lifestyle. 37.8% of the world's population are representatives of this type. Characteristic features - permanence, settledness, good adaptation to work in a team, organization.

Strengths:

adapts well to changes in diet and environment, the immune and digestive systems are effective if the appropriate diet (vegetarian) is observed.

Weak sides:

a delicate (sensitive) digestive tract, a weak immune system, open to all infections, an increased sensitivity of the nervous system.

Risk groups:

cardiac diseases, oncology, anemia, liver and gall bladder diseases, type I diabetes.

Dietary recommendations.

Diet - Full Vegetarianism:

vegetables, dairy products - limited (low-fat cheese, sour-milk products, replacement - soy products: soy milk, tofu - bean curd), cereals, legumes, fruits (except for harsh - orange, mandarin, rhubarb, papaya, bananas, coconuts), pineapples , fish (exclude flounder, halibut, herring, caviar, and seafood), sugar - moderately.

Beverages.

Recommended:

coffee, green tea, red wine. Juices - carrot, pineapple, grapefruit, cherry. Water with lemon juice.

To avoid:

orange juice, black tea, all soda drinks.

Weight control program.

Exclude:

meat (some chicken and turkeys), dairy products, wheat products, pepper (any), ice cream, sugar, butter - corn and peanut.

Helps:

vegetable oils - olive, linseed, canola (rapeseed); soy products, vegetables, pineapples.

Vitamins and supplements:

Vitamins B, C, E, calcium, iron, zinc, selenium, chrome, bifidobacteria, herbal supplements and teas, ginseng, echinacea, astragalus, valerian, hawthorn, thistle, bromelain, quartz.

Restrict:

vitamin A, it is better to get B-carotene from food.

Physical exercises:

calm and focusing - yoga, tai-tzu.

Special recommendations:

Since this type has a digestive system that is tuned to vegetarianism (that is, it has a decreased acidity of gastric juice), then it has serious problems with digesting meat, which requires a high acidity of the gastric juice). It is recommended to avoid meat (permissible a little chicken or turkey). This will maintain the normal weight. In people of this type, in contrast to type 0, meat slows down metabolism and promotes fat deposition. Vegetarianism will also contribute to the addition of energy and the protection of the body from diseases - a weak immune system is suppressed if nutrition is malnourished.

Due to the fact that the mucosa of the digestive tract is very tender, it should be avoided: all kinds of spicy food (pepper of all kinds, vinegar, ketchup (and generally tomatoes), sour fruits and berries, mayonnaise and spices); fermented and salted foods (salted fish, herring, cucumbers, cabbage (both salty and fresh, except broccoli), potatoes.Good garlic and onions, carrots.

Dairy products - limited, better sour-milk and low-fat cheeses, cottage cheese, brynza. The source of protein is soy products in any form. Eggs are just as necessary as a source of protein, vitamins and trace elements (Zn, Ca, B, B-carotene).

There are no special recommendations for the weight control program. Observe the appropriate diet and physical activity regimen. Limit sugar and chocolate.

Diet for the 3rd blood group.

Type B (III group) - "Nomad".

Approximately 20.6% of the world's population. Balanced, flexible, creative. This type arose as a result of the migration of races.

Strengths:

a strong immune system, a flexible system of adaptation to changes in diet and environmental conditions, a balanced nervous system.

Weak sides:

there are no inherent weaknesses, but if the balance in the diet is disturbed, autoimmune diseases and instability to rare viruses may occur.

Risk groups:

type 1 diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis.

Dietary recommendations:

(except for chicken, duck), fish, dairy products (better sour-milk, skim), eggs - very good, cereals (except buckwheat and wheat), legumes, vegetables (except corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, olives), fruits (except coconuts and rhubarb).

To avoid:

seafood (shellfish, crabs, shrimp), pork and products from it, chicken meat.

Beverages.

Recommended:

green tea, herbal teas (licorice, ginseng, ginkgo biloba, sage, raspberry leaf), cranberry juice, cabbage, grape, pineapple.

Neutral:

orange juice, beer, wine, coffee, black tea.

To avoid:

tomato juice, soda drinks.

Weight control program.

Exclude:

corn, lentils, peanuts, buckwheat, wheat, tomatoes, pork and products from it.

Helps:

green salads, herbs; eggs, liver, veal, licorice (licorice root), soy products - neutral.

Vitamins and supplements:

magnesium, lecithin, licorice, echinacea, digestive enzymes - bromelain.

Physical exercises:

Combining physical and mental balance: walking, biking, tennis, swimming, yoga, tai chi.

Special recommendations:

For Type B, the most important weight gain factors are corn, buckwheat porridge and peanuts. All these products suppress the production of insulin (for type B) and thereby reduce the effectiveness of metabolic processes. As a result - fatigue, water retention, hypoglycemia and weight gain.

Type B, as well as type 0, reacts to wheat glutein - metabolism decreases. When food is not effectively digested and burned as fuel for the body, it is stored as fat. Glutein for type B is not as dangerous as for type 0. But if you combine wheat and products from it with corn, lentils, buckwheat and peanuts - the result will be dramatic.

If you want to be healthy and maintain a normal weight - remove from the diet of the above products, limit the consumption of fats and sugar, exercise. Experience shows that people with type B blood following these recommendations live a long and healthy life.

Diet for the 4th blood group.

Type AB (group IV) - "Mixed type".

7-8% of the world population. This type of blood arose as a result of evolution with the fusion of two opposite types - A and B.

Strengths:

the youngest blood group, a flexible, very sensitive immune system, combines the advantages of types A and B.

Weak sides:

sensitive (tender) digestive tract), too "open" immune system, not resistant to microbial infections, combines the minuses of types A and B.

Risk groups:

heart diseases, oncological diseases, anemia.

Dietary recommendations:

moderately mixed diet, meat - lamb, rabbit, turkey, fish, except seafood, dairy products (lactic, low-fat cheeses), tofu - bean curd, legumes - moderately, olive oil, cod liver oil, nuts - peanuts, walnuts, cereals (except buckwheat and corn), vegetables (except pepper, black olives, corn), fruits (except sharp and sour).

Beverages.

Recommended:

coffee, green tea, teas from chamomile, ginseng, ginger, dog rose, echinacea, hawthorn.

Neutral:

beer, wine, mint tea, don quae, valerian, raspberry.

To avoid:

aloe, senna, linden and tea from them.

Weight control program.

To avoid:

red meat, ham and bacon, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, pepper, wheat and corn.

Helps:

tofu, fish, sour-milk products, herbs, algae, pineapple

Vitamins and supplements:

vitamin C, hawthorn, echinacea, valerian, zinc, selenium, digestive enzymes - bromelain, quercetin.

Special recommendations:

When the process of weight gain begins, the type AB is influenced by a mixture of genes A and B types. Sometimes this creates special problems. For example: you have lowered the acidity of gastric juice (type A), simultaneously with type B inherent in adaptation to meat. Therefore, although you are partially programmed to consume meat (type B - omnivorous), you do not have enough acidity to effectively digest this meat, which leads to excessive deposition of fats.

To reduce weight, you need to reduce meat consumption, increase the consumption of vegetables and tofu (an excellent source of protein for types A and B).

The same problem with legumes, buckwheat, corn and sesame grains. For Type A, this is a great meal, but the involvement of Type B genes results in these products lowering the production of insulin, which leads to a slowing of metabolism. Type AB should avoid buckwheat, legumes and corn.

Type AB does not have such a strong reaction to wheat gluten, as in types 0 and B. However, to reduce weight, wheat and its products should be avoided.
