For our skin, very useful masks are made on the basis of fruits, because fruit juices are rich in vitamins, essential micronutrients, essential amino acids.

Vitamin masks can be made from any fruit and vegetables. Juice them mixed with oatmeal, almond bran, wheat flour. You can lubricate the skin with the juice of berries and fruits, leaving the juice on the face for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, a thin layer of cotton wool can be soaked with juice and applied to the face in the form of a mask, covered with a paper napkin on top. Recipes of fruit masks for the face

Grape mask. The crushed grape slurry is applied to the pre-cleaned skin of the face, for 20 minutes. Then rinse with water at room temperature. Sea-buckthorn mask. Half a cup of seabuckthorn berries to mash, mix with one tablespoon of vegetable oil and apply to the skin of the face. After 20 minutes, rinse, first warm, then cool water. Tones the skin. Suitable for any skin.

Carrot and apple mask. Grate the carrot and apple on a fine grater. Mix and apply on face for 20 minutes. Wash off with cool water. Suitable for dry sensitive skin.

Mask of cottage cheese with lemon. A tablespoon of cottage cheese mix with a few drops of lemon juice or finely chopped orange slices. Apply on face for 20 minutes. Suitable for dry sensitive skin.

Mask of cottage cheese with orange. Mix 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tbsp. spoon of orange juice. Apply on the face and neck a thick layer. After 20 minutes, rinse with tea infusion and apply a nourishing cream for your skin type. This mask revitalizes the skin, nourishes due to the constituents of nutrients, especially calcium.

Strawberry masks (strawberry, raspberry). 2-3 large berries of strawberries (strawberries or raspberries) chop, and mix with your nutritious cream (or sour cream) and add 1 teaspoon of honey. Apple mask with butter. To the apple mass, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and apply the mixture on the face for 20 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. Suitable for dry sensitive skin.

Mask of peaches. Mashed pulp of peach, apply on face for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water. Suitable for dry sensitive skin.

Mask of protein with lemon. Beat the protein to a foam, pour in a drop of 1/2 teaspoon of lemon or cranberry juice. When the mask begins to dry, apply another layer and so on. Thus, the mask should be kept for 20 minutes. Recommended for porous, pigmented, wrinkled skin.

Mask of protein with fruits. Protein whisk and mix well with the grated cucumber (strawberry, lemon, orange juice). Apply on face for 20 minutes, then rinse. Suitable for oily skin.

Masks from apricots. Apricot contains mineral salts, carotene, as well as vitamins A, B, R, C. The mask prepared from the flesh of the apricot is excellent for aging skin, nourishes, soothes and, moreover, wrinkles.

Option 1. Apply the mashed pulp to the cleansed face and leave for 10 minutes. After this time, remove the mask with a cotton swab dipped in boiled water.

Option 2. Mashed apricot mixed with sour milk in equal proportions. Apply on face for 20 minutes, then rinse. Suitable for oily skin.

Orange mask. Peel and finely chopped orange. Apply the gruel to the face, neck and chest. Then rinse with warm water. Mask refreshes and rejuvenates.

Watermelon mask. 5-6 layers of cheesecloth or a thin layer of cotton wool moistened with watermelon juice and apply to the face for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with water. This mask vitaminizes, tones, refreshes the skin and makes it smooth. Suitable for oily skin.

Frozen cubes with watermelon juice. Suitable for morning cleansing. Rejuvenate and tone the skin.

Fruit face mask. 1 tablespoon of oatmeal mixed with juice 1 peach (half a lemon, orange) and with milk. Lubricate face and neck and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. This mask is suitable for withering, unclean skin.

Mask from the plum. Plum is rich in manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, lime, iron. In addition, the plums contain vitamins A, B and C.

You just need to put a mashed pulp of ripe plums on the face and leave the mask for 5-7 minutes.

After this time, the plum mask should be removed with dry cotton wool, after which it is recommended to wipe the face with a decoction of chamomile.

Mask of quince (plum). Quince or plum grate and grate mixed with sour cream, yolk (for dry skin and normal skin) or with protein (with oily skin of the face). All components are in equal quantities.
