Masks for hair at night



Not everyone will want to sleep with a head packed in a turban, but if you decide to do such a mask before bed, you will get the strongest therapeutic effect. Many hours of exposure to hair, useful substances, creates real miracles.

But do not forget about basic safety: never do such masks for the first time, if you plan an important exit to people next morning. Who knows how the composition on the hair will "play", and whether you will get it completely. It would be wiser to try out the mask in advance. For the first time, put it on an hour, wash it off, lay your hair, evaluate the result - if you like it, you can make a mask even before your own wedding.

Masks for hair at night: how to apply

- All means of this type are usually applied for 30 minutes before bedtime. During this time you will be able to assess whether the mask burns, whether it flows (otherwise, if you wake up on a wet pillow, you can even catch a cold).

- There are especially extreme compositions - fragrant (garlic, onion) and "hot" ("adjusting" the blood circulation in the skin). Try to refrain from the most burning products - mustard, pepper, alcohol; but if you even decided to add them, do not overdo it - it's better to take less than the norm, the more. And no rubbing the mask into the skin!

- Having chosen a "hard" composition, do not forget to take care of the ends of the hair - apply oil on them.

- Have you applied a remedy? Do not forget about the scarf, not the thickest, which will not let you stain the whole bed. You can put a thick towel on the pillow. But to hide hair in polyethylene is not necessary - create a "hotbed", inside which your strands just choke. Fabric shower cap or cap for marking (from the film) with holes - are allowed.

- Wash off the mask in the morning, soothe the hair with a conditioner.

The most successful hair mask for the night

1. Honey. Strengthens, nourishes. Recipe: 2 tablespoons of honey (light), beaten yolk. The mask is rubbed into the roots (without fanaticism), is applied to the very tips. Suitable for any hair.

2. Linen. For repainted, overdried / dry, weak hair. Recipe: a tablespoon of linseed oil, the same amount of almond oil, 2 tablespoons of thistle oil, 2 drops of rose oil.

3. Coconut mask for hair at night. Makes hair silk, creates a salon effect, saves from dandruff, it is suitable for the wounded skin of the head (heals the wounds). Recipe: a piece of coconut oil (melted in a water bath), 3 drops of ylang-ylang ether. Hair drizzle with water. The mask is rubbed into the roots, then applied to the entire length.

4. Herbal. The main ingredient is chosen based on the type and even color of the hryvnia. Blonde will suit a daisy, a brunette and a brown-haired woman - nettles, sage, St. John's wort. Recipe: 1 tablespoon of herbs pour 0.5 cups of hot water, let it water for half an hour, strain. Mix 3 teaspoons of this tincture with the beaten yolk.

5. Mask for hair at night from aloe. This is a real first aid for the affected hair, but apply such a mask to the course. Recipe: honey (liquid or melted in a water bath), aloe juice, burdock oil mix in equal amounts. Apply a mask often - every night for a whole week, or even better - 10 days.

6. Yeast. Only for greasy strands. Recipe: in a few spoons of boiled, but warm water dissolve 1 tablespoon of yeast. Water should be taken so much to get a moderately thick slurry. Beat the protein, add to the yeast. The mask is not only applied to the hair, but also rubbed into the roots. It is washed off with shampoo.

7. Kefir. For owners of fragile, split, damaged hair. Recipe: 0.5 cup kefir, yolk, 1 teaspoon oil (you can take any vegetable). The mask is applied to all the hair.

8. Ginger hair mask for the night. For hair growth, especially after active loss, seasonal or due to hair loosening (the mask restores the hair follicles). Recipe: grate a small piece of ginger on a small grater, mix it with 2 teaspoons of sesame oil. The mask is washed off with shampoo.

9. Mayonnaise. Nourishing, moisturizing (and this applies not only to the hair, but also to the scalp). Recipe: 2 yolks, a couple of teaspoons of honey, as much mayonnaise. Important! Mayonnaise should be homemade! And one more thing: this mask is the most capricious of washing out, so you'll have to rinse your hair in the morning long.
