The skin type is the degree of its sensitivity to direct sunlight. Scientifically proven that the skin of people of different phototypes reacts to ultraviolet radiation in different ways. The skin classification by phototypes was developed in 1975 by the American scientist Thomas Fitzpatrick and includes 6 types, each of which has its own characteristic features.
