Nourishing face masks



The beauty and health of our skin is ensured by proper nutrition and care. To provide the skin with the necessary substances, it is recommended 1-2 times a week to pamper her with home nourishing masks.

A nutritious mask from yeast. A quarter of a pack of fresh yeast, dilute a small amount of warm milk to make a gruel. Add olive oil (you can replace it with another one) and honey with a teaspoonful. Apply mask to face and neck for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. The skin becomes soft, clean and even.

Cottage cheese nourishing mask. Pound two spoons of cottage cheese with honey. For dry skin, add a spoonful of fat cream or sour cream to the mixture. With oily skin, you can add yolk and a little lemon juice. Apply the cream on your face for 20 minutes. Rinse with soft milk or water. The mask nourishes and tightens the skin, gives elasticity.

Nourishing face masks from honey

1. Honey + protein. Whisk the egg white, mix it with two tablespoons of honey. Add in the mass of 2 tbsp. spoons of flour. Apply the resulting thick mixture evenly on your face for 20-30 minutes. Wipe off the dried mask with warm water or a decoction of marigold. This recipe perfectly nourishes, tones and cleanses the skin, penetrates into its deep layers.

Honey mask for dry, fading skin: Divide two spoons of oatmeal in the brewing of strong tea. In the swollen mass, add 2 tablespoons of honey. Apply mass to the face in a warm form, cover the top with a film and leave for 20 minutes. Thus, you can smooth out fine wrinkles, improve the complexion.

Nourishing face mask made from potatoes. Cut the hot fresh potato, mix with the yolk and a little milk or cream. Warm mashed potatoes on the face with a thick layer and cover with a thick napkin. After 20 minutes, rinse your face with warm water. The mask nourishes, smoothes and tightens the skin.

Oil mask with yolk. Rub the yolk and a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Suitable olive, camphor, castor, almond, peach oil. Apply on the skin for half an hour. Rinse with water or milk for washing.

Mask of white bread. Cut the crust from the bread, soak it in warm milk for 15 minutes. With a gruel obtained, lubricate the face. After 10 minutes, rinse. The skin will become soft and silky.
