2) Refuse the use of cosmetics containing alcohol, which dries the skin and lanolin, which causes allergic reactions.
3) Apply a variety of moisturizing creams that include fat components that actively prevent the evaporation of moisture from the skin (eg, petroleum jelly or baby cream).
4) Do not wipe yourself with a towel immediately after washing, to avoid irritation of the skin, your face needs only a little to get wet, then rub the skin with a toner and lightly apply a moisturizing cream.

1) Take crushed oat flakes and grated carrots or raw potatoes. Stir well in a 1: 1 ratio and dilute with a small amount of milk. Apply on the skin for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
2) A piece of white bread soak in milk. The resulting gruel should be applied to the face and after 20 minutes washed off with water at room temperature.
3) 1 tablespoon of oatmeal cooked on milk mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey and the same amount of olive or butter. Apply to the face with light rubbing movements and after 10-15 minutes rinse with warm water.
4) Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of almond oil (or grape seed oil) and leave on the face for 10 minutes, then gently wash off with a wet cotton swab.
5) 1 tablespoon of softened butter and mix the same amount of banana pulp with 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply to the skin, patting lightly, hold for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
After removing the masks for greater effectiveness of the procedure and to avoid irritation, the skin is not wiped dry with a towel, but it is slightly soaked and a moisturizing cream is applied to a slightly moist surface. The result will not take long. Usually, after 4-6 sessions, the skin becomes smooth, shiny and silky.
