However, one should not forget to monitor the condition of the skin of the face, which in the summer season is most susceptible to the negative effects of environmental factors. The basic rules of skin care in the summer, which will preserve her health and beauty, are as follows:
1. Daily cleaning of the pores of the skin from dust and contamination with tonic or cosmetic milk, which can alternate with broths of chamomile or lime-colored. At not too dry skin of the face it is possible to use once a week a scrub or other means with a peeling effect. After the procedure, to achieve the effect of freshness, wipe the skin with ice cubes, prepared from the herbs of marigold, or chamomile.
2. To avoid sweating, wipe the skin with a cloth moistened with St. John's wort infusion. For oily skin use tonics containing not more than 35% alcohol. 3. Avoid overdrying the skin, using at least 2 liters of fluid a day and using moisturizers that are quickly absorbed by the skin.
4. In order to protect against the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays, use quality sunscreens, but do not abuse them, because an excessive amount of cream makes the skin prone to irritation. Upon returning from the beach, wash off the sunscreen and wipe the face with a tonic. To avoid small wrinkles in the eye area, you should wear sunglasses.
